Pioneer Bible Translators of Ukraine

Pioneer Bible Translators of Ukraine is a partner organization of Pioneer Bible Translators. Their primary focus is on translating portions of the Bible into the heart language of the Roma people. The Roma are Gypsies and are among the poorest people in Ukraine. PBU not only focuses on translation work among the Roma but also does what they can to meet their physical needs.
Ukrainian Christians have a global vision to reach the unreached with the Gospel of Jesus Christ. To this end they are preparing to send missionaries to Central Asia. In their own words they “accept their responsibility to reach the unreached.”
Their prayer request is for peace in Ukraine, for the preaching of God’s word, and for the Roma people. They are deeply appreciative of the generous support they receive from Leclaire.
