LCC KIDS

Parents! LCC Kids Welcomes YOU!

LCC Kids would love to welcome all infants - 5th grade students to join us for kids programming during our 9 AM and 10:45 AM services!

At LCC, we believe that parents are the main disciple-makers in the life of their child. Because of this, we desire to partner with parents to help raise up this next generation of followers of Jesus. We are using the GO! curriculum for all ages in Kids Ministry because of our strong desire for our kids to know The Big Story of God. We want to help parents dive deeper into this Story with their kids. If you have any questions, please feel free to email Kelsie at kelsie@leclairecc.com!

Early Childhood (Birth - PreK) Our littlest friends at LCC are divided into age appropriate classrooms with background checked volunteers where they begin as young as 18 months to be introduced to God's Word in a bite-sized, age appropriate way.

Our littles take a journey through the Old and New Testaments each year as they are introduced to The Big Story of God.

Elementary (Kindergarten - 5th Grade) Our Kindergarten through 5th grade friends take a journey through the Bible every year.

Each year, our elementary kids hit major stories in the Old Testament and New Testament, chronologically, to get a greater picture of The Big Story of God every three years.

Our kids are separated into small groups by grades (K/1st; 2/3; 4/5), led by background checked volunteers to talk about how best to apply God's Word to their lives at school, at home, and in their community. Our small group times are interactive, fun, and a great companion to our large group times each Sunday where we sing, play games, and hear an engaging message from God’s word.

Frequently Asked Questions

What if my child needs me when I am in service?

Through our check-in system, we have assigned your family/child a security number. This number is on their name tag and also on your parent card. If your child needs you during the service times, we will post that security number up on the screens during the service. Someone will meet you in the foyer to communicate which child is in need.

What if my child wants to know more about baptism?

We would love to partner with you to have this exciting conversation about taking the next step in your child’s relationship with Jesus! Contact Kelsie Koch our LCC Kids Minister at kelsie@leclairecc.com for more information!
